Jamie's Journey
Just before Thanksgiving Jamie was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma. She is 32 years old, pregnant, and now has breast cancer. Her surgeon was able to get her to surgery quickly, and in mid-December she had a left mastectomy. Jamie says the medical team at Evangelical was amazing. Jamie is due in July and she is so very strong! She still has a long journey ahead of her.
Jamie says the physical changes have been a big struggle, but she hopes that her journey can give others hope and courage in similar circumstances. I am honored to have met such a strong and beautiful human being. Thank you for allowing to capture this very emotional journey of you and your family.
